Standard clean

The same clean, every visit.

A standard clean keeps up a home that's already in shape. Choose weekly, every two weeks, monthly or one time. Two of us come with our own supplies and a vacuum, and the checklist below is the whole visit.

The price

How a standard clean is priced.

  • What decides the price

The size of your home sets the price: bedrooms and bathrooms count most, and a second story or a large kitchen adds time.

  • What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't

A standard clean is the whole checklist above. Anything outside it is on the extras list, and you say yes or no to each one.

  • When you get the number

We text you the exact price in writing before you book. Weekly and every-two-weeks visits cost the same per visit.

  • If the job changes

If a visit would cost more than we agreed, we stop and call you first.

The visit

How a visit goes.

  1. 01

    Step 1: The day before

We text you the first names of the two people coming.

  2. 02

    Step 2: We arrive

You're home, or we let ourselves in the way you chose. We read your notes first.

  3. 03

    Step 3: We clean

A three-bedroom usually takes two of us about two and a half hours.

  4. 04

Step 4: We text when we're done

You get a text, and the invoice with the price we agreed.

Good to know

Before we come, and what we don't do.

  • Put away valuables

Cash, jewelry and papers should be out of sight or out of the house.

  • Tell us about pets

Put them in a room or tell us where they are. Heavy pet hair is on the extras list.

  • Leave a way in

Be home, set a code or lockbox, or give us a key. See the keys and codes policy.

  • What we don't do

Hoarding, mold, biohazards, heavy lifting and work at height. The services page says more.

Questions about this clean.

Can I change how often you come?

Yes. Text us before the next visit and we'll move you to weekly, every two weeks, monthly or a single clean.

Do I have to be home?

No. You can leave a code, a lockbox or a key with us. The policies page says how we handle each.

What if the house is very dirty?

If it's been months, start with a deep clean. If we see heavy build-up when we arrive, we call you before we start and say what it adds.
