How the price is decided
What moves the number.
What decides the price
The size of your home, the kind of clean and how long it has been since the last one set the price. A deep clean or a move-out takes longer than a standard clean.
Bedrooms and bathrooms count most
A second story or a large kitchen adds time, and we say so in the text
If it has been months, we start with a deep clean instead of charging extra time on a standard one
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
A standard clean is the whole checklist. A deep clean adds the oven, the refrigerator and the baseboards. Heavy pet hair and every other extra are on the extras list, so you pick them and see them in the price.
When you get the number
By the end of the next business day, by text and in writing, before you book. That is what the invoice says unless you add something.
If the job changes
If a visit would cost more than we agreed, we stop and call you first.
What costs extra
The extras you can add.
Anything outside the standard clean is on this list. You say yes or no to each one.
Inside the oven
Inside the refrigerator
Inside kitchen cabinets, emptied first
Baseboards, whole home
Inside windows
Blinds
A load of laundry, washed and folded
Heavy pet hair
Heavy build-up, months since the last clean
Said before we start
An extra hour of one cleaner
Questions about the price.
Is the price you text me what I'll pay?
Yes. We text you the exact price in writing, and that's what the invoice says unless you add something.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. We price by the visit. The only hourly line is an extra hour of one cleaner, on the extras list.
How do I pay?
When we finish. We take cards and we'll text you the invoice. The owner sets the payment methods.
