Your first clean
Hiring a cleaner for the first time.
Most people want three things before they say yes: the price, who's coming, and what happens if something goes wrong. The price comes by text before you book. The names come by text the day before. The policies page covers the rest, in plain words.

The visit
What happens the first time.
- 01
Step 1: You send the size of your home
A text with bedrooms and bathrooms is enough, and a photo or two helps.
- 02
Step 2: We text a price, in writing
You can say no. Nobody calls you ten times.
- 03
Step 3: We suggest a deep clean first
If it's been months, a deep clean starts you clean. If the house is in shape, a standard clean is fine.
- 04
Step 4: You walk through when we finish
Or look when you get home. Tell us within 48 hours about anything missed.
Good to know
What to do before we come.
Put away valuables
Cash, jewelry and papers should be out of sight or out of the house.
Tell us about pets
Put them in a room or tell us where they are. Heavy pet hair is on the extras list.
Leave a way in
Be home, set a code or lockbox, or give us a key. See the keys and codes policy.
What we don't do
Hoarding, mold, biohazards, heavy lifting and work at height. The services page says more.
Questions people ask the first time.
Do I need to tidy first?
Pick up clothes, toys and papers from floors and counters. We clean surfaces, we don't sort belongings.
What if I don't like how it went?
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and clean what was missed at no charge. The policies page has the terms.
Can I try one clean before I decide on a schedule?
Yes. A single visit is a normal booking.
