Book the day after the truck is gone and before the walk-through. We clean the empty home from the inside of the cabinets to the floors. Cleaning is part of leaving a home in good shape. It doesn't decide whether a deposit comes back.

What decides the price
The size of your home sets the price. We clean the empty home from the inside of the cabinets to the floors.
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
Cabinets, appliances, closets and floors are in the price. If furniture or boxes are still inside, we text you before we start.
When you get the number
We text you the exact price in writing before you book, for the size of home and any extra you add.
If the job changes
If a visit would cost more than we agreed, we stop and call you first.

Good to know
Before we come, and what we don't do.
Put away valuables
Cash, jewelry and papers should be out of sight or out of the house.
Tell us about pets
Put them in a room or tell us where they are. Heavy pet hair is on the extras list.
Leave a way in
Be home, set a code or lockbox, or give us a key. See the keys and codes policy.
What we don't do
Hoarding, mold, biohazards, heavy lifting and work at height. The services page says more.
Questions about this clean.
Will this get my deposit back?
We can't promise that. The landlord decides, and the lease says what counts. We clean every item on the checklist and send photos.
Does the home have to be empty?
Yes, or close to it. We can't clean behind furniture we can't move, so tell us what's left.
Can you clean on a weekend?
Saturdays, yes, from 8 a.m. We're closed Sundays.
