How pricing works
What decides the price of a clean.
What decides the price
The size of your home, the kind of clean and how long it has been since the last one set the price.
Bedrooms and bathrooms count most
A second story or a large kitchen adds time
Pets and extras are on the list below
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
A standard clean is the whole checklist below. A deep clean adds the oven, the refrigerator and the baseboards. Extras are on the list, and you say yes or no to each.
When you get the number
By the end of the next business day, by text and in writing, before you book.
If the job changes
If a visit would cost more than we agreed, we stop and call you first.
The checklist
What's in every standard clean.
Two of us come with our own supplies and a vacuum. This is the whole checklist. Anything outside it is on the extras list.
Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop and the outside of the appliances
Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, sinks and mirrors
Floors: vacuumed and mopped in every room
Dusting: surfaces, ledges and the ceiling fans we can reach
Trash taken out, and beds made if the linens are on

Who we are
A family crew of ten, with one yellow bucket.
Sabrina Frazier runs Yellow Bucket with her son Tyrese. Eight more people clean with us, and some of them are family too. We say the price first because a lot of people hiring a cleaner for the first time want the number before anything else.

Customers
What people write after a visit.
“We moved out of a two-bedroom on a Saturday. Tyrese texted when they were ten minutes away, and the walk-through with the landlord took five minutes.”
“Mireya answers my mother's texts in Spanish and mine in English, in the same hour. Nothing extra showed up on the bill unless I asked for it.”
